    Posted: 01 May 2011 at 8:05am
I'm hoping to go look at a WD today that has pin hitch. If I decide to buy iy, does anyone have a snap coupler assembly around for a WD they would sell? All of my equipment is snap coupler so as is the tractor would only pull my planter. Nothing wrong with that, but I'd to plow and disk some too. Just trying to consider that into the cost of the tractor. Thanks.

That would be the proper way to do it but the farmer way is to torch the eye in the front of the old bar.

I've decided to pass on the WD even though it is the nicest original 1950 model I've seen. It's located near Springfield, IL if someone on here is interested. It has wide front and is good mechanically (running, brakes, hand clutch), nice original paint, sheet metal and fenders are straight, tires and rims are good. I just really can't justify another tractor even though I want one! I can give details of this tractor to others if interested. Thanks John.

John, That is most likely a repaint. The decals are wrong and the front rims are painted silver. Still a pretty straight looking tractor.
Compare decals to this picture.
