What would it be? 12.4 x 28? 13.6 x 28? 14.9 x 28? Not worried about complying with any pulling rules, just what would be a good usable size. |

14.9x28 Maybe if you can get a great deal on 13.6's but I think they look too small. They would be fine for parade duty.

They came with 14.9-28s. The WD had 13.6-28s. Either size would work well on a WD45. If you have to get rims too adn are not worried about being "factory", alot of older combines have 8 bold pressed steel rims that will fit. A 14.9-26 will put the same amount of rubber on the ground as the 13.6-28.

yes, 14.9-28 is correct but they sure look nice with 16.9-28 on them.

My operator manual lists 12X28 as the correct tire on a WD45. on the miller tire crosreferacne that is a 13.6X28. I put 14.9 X 28s on both my WD45s. as the 13.6s look smaller than the old 12X28. and 14.9s look Bigger than old 12s

The two new 45's we bought in '54 and '55 came with 13x28's which would equate to 14.9 these days. The new '51 WD came with 12x28's which would equate to 13.6 now.

Got 14.9s on Mine, good-year duratorques. Would have liked 16.9's but the price increase was not worth it for a show tractor. Still looks good with the 14.9's
