Does anyone know if they made a 4 row narrow corn head for a Gleaner K? I've seen 3 RN but not 4 RN. If they did not are there any that can be adapted?

Believe you could run a black a430 head on a K2 as it had a little extra separator area capacity vs a straight K. I think header helper springs, heavier lift cylinders & rear weights were needed? There might also have been a clean grain elevator speed up kit. Probably have a hard time keeping up even in first gear. I would not not recommended trying it on a straight K unless you are running about 100 bu corn or less. Mike

yeah...120 bu corn with a 3 row is all it wants to handle in the clean corn elevator in 1st gear! the combine will handle the harvest and cleaning part but can't get it to the bin fast nuff! maybe if you put a larger elevator on it from another combine, then the 4 row would work fine!
