A good friend of mine has a nice NH 273 baler he wants to sell. I used it A couple years ago and it worked perfect. I have nice  AC 444 baler and was thinking about selling it and buying his just because of parts availability. What woulld my 444 be worth? It is in great shape except  for dent in right corner of twine box. It was like that when I got it about 12 years ago. It runs the best and rarley misses tying. It has long tongue with 3 joint PTO, wagon hitch and chute for loading wagon.

That's a hard  one to answer. Of course condition is everything. If it looks good and runs good --- and you find a buyer nearby that  wants one -- likely in the $1000 range. If is is fair conditon, but working, or buyer has to travel a ways to get it -- more in the $500 - $600 range. As with most old items -- the right buyer could pay more because he really wants it.
