I know there are several sites that have the fenders for sale but must all list them as servicable quality.  Has anyone bought any?  Do you like them?  Any faults?  Thanks in advance

Sorry, but I have to agree with Brian.  They will keep the mud and dust away from you, but the curves are not done the same and they usually have lots of Bondo on them.  Definitely not show/parade/restoration quality.  They are also rather flimsy, so I wouldn't want someone sitting on it riding "co-pilot" like I did as a child.
The innovators offer what others will imitate.
