I checked the flow and pressure from valve under the fuel tank and it was good. So we went back to the valve under the seat and took it off the tractor by removing the plate behind it. Took it off the plate and found that the flow control valve was stuck and pretty well scratched up. Polished everything up, put it back together and now works fine. Thanks for the suggestions. Rudy
