I found a D19 D in rough shape, the guys asking $1500 and says it needs the injector pump worked on. Thinking about buying it, is it worth the money?

I saw that D19 too. It does say it has new tire(s) on the rear. If both were new, I would say there is more then half the value right there

Saying the injection pump needs work could mean a lot of things including a complete engine overhaul.

I think $1500 is a good price even if it needed an overhaul.

It would be a good deal for me because I have a couple of pumps laying around....just too far to justify goin and gettin it.

New tires would be at least 3/4 the asking price in my opinion. I spent $950 for new 16.9-28's for my D17 3 years ago.

Looked this tractor today. Its is in bad shape, went to buy it, but the foot clutch was out, and the hand clutch didnt have much snap and want to stay in. It needed all the sheet metal except the fuel tank. Just couldnt justify puttin all that money in it right now or have $1500 tied up in it, would of been a good replace everything prodject.
