I need new tires for my model b and they have been pretty hard to find. A tire guy I talked to could order me 9.5 Farmking tires but they could only fit an 8 in rim or 11.2 tires that would fit a 9 in rim. I was hoping to find  tires from Titan , firestone or any other major brand. Would the 9.5 tire fit on an 8 in rim? I think it would but I would like other opinions on it.

I bought a new pair of Firestone 11.2 x 24s a couple of years ago.  They should not be that hard to find...

But I'm afraid I won't have the clearance I need because my tractor has a belly mower on it and I don't want the tractor wider than the 60 inches

The  9.5 will fit on the 8" rim with no problem. That is as close to factory spec as you'll get. Early  B's had 8x24's on them with 8"rims and later B's had 10X24's on them with 9" rims. 8 is now 9.5, 10 is now 11.2. Bob
