A friend of mine is going to junk two wd's in the near future and I wondered if I should buy them to part out (like I really have time) ? With the price of scrap right now they would not be cheep cheep, but one does have a trip loader on it and one the motor turns over but has a crack in the block. Save or not to save is my question. thanks for any replies.

Make 1 good one out of 2 and part the rest.

I am located in Missouri so Wisconsin would probably be too far away. My problem with making one out of two is the fact I need to fix the D17 I drug in the other day so I will be able to plant my three acres when it dries up. Plus finish my H Farmall, part out a 9000 ford truck and the list goes on and on. Just not enough hours in a day.
