Hi everyone,
I was wondering if someone could provide me with the model number for the Roosa Master pump on a D19 and what would be the price for a rebuilt pump? I do not currently need a new pump, I am just trying to think ahead. Also, my D19 has snap coupler and I would like to convert it to a three point. I have seen the three point conversions offered by dealers on this forum and they look pretty nice. Has anyone else used these on a D19? Can an original three point from a D17, D19, or 190 fit? I am not afraid to fab anything if needed. Thanks in advance, Brad |

From experience, I believe only the three point off a 190 will bolt onto the D19. The three points will interchange from a D17IV, 170, 175,180 and 185. The 200 and 7000 hitch assy will bolt to the D19, but the rockshaft arms have the lift cylinder connecting in a different position and will not raise the lift arms very high. |

Roosa/Stanadyne # is DBGFC637-6AJ, 15AJ, 28AJ, 30AJ. DB pumps run around $500-$600 at our shop, but we dont have an exchange for it. Ed.

Jim, thank you for your help.
Bill, do you have a three point from a 190 at your salvage yard, and if so what would it cost? Ed, thank you for the pump info. I would still like to know anyone's opinion of the snap coupler / 3 point conversion kits. Thanks, Brad |

Two types of three point adapters and which type is best depends on if you want to use any snap coupler equipment. If you want to switch back and forth the only practical adapter is the wishbone type that slides into the snap coupler. They work OK but sway control is cheesy at best. The other type is lots more money but also a lot more of a real 3 point than the wishbone type deal but it is not something your going to want to take on and off the tractor very often. If you want to pull a 3 point plow none of them will have the combination of depth and draft controll needed for PROPER operation. All in all Id go the 190 hitch route if one is available for decent money and go all 3 point with the impliments.

Butch, thanks for your info about the three point. That being said, I would like to find a salvaged three point hitch from a 190 or similar 100 series tractor that will fit my D19. I plan on contacting salvage yards but if anyone has or knows of a good lead for a 190 three point, please let me know. Any help tracking one down would be greatly appreciated. It's kinda hard to find AC parts in California. Thanks
