Backhoe Bob and I were practically neighbors before I moved to NC.  I grew up on the west side of Wabash County, just north of Richvalley.

I grew up near Fort Wayne but now live in St. Louis, MO area. I get back there a couple times per year on business and try to see my cousins and other old friends.

My Great Grandfather left Coesse, Indiana in 1863 to follow Sherman for a while. He carried a drum and ended up marching in DC for Lincoln's funeral procession. He came to Illinois after getting home from the war.
