I have paint codes for a 1948 Case SC. They are DuPont 016DH & PPG 70137. The paint store says those numbers are not good anymore. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Sometimes those guys looking up paint codes don't want to take the time to do any digging. I've ran in to that several times myself. If they want to they can find old numbers because they will cross over to the new ones but that takes sometime and some digging and maybe a phone call or two to the paint company. I'd say keep trying if that is the only direction you have. AC industrial yellow, massey harris red and straw yellow were some that I was becoming a pest to my local car parts store people.

I researched and found what I believe is the right paint code and painted my 1954 Case VAC-14 with PPG Acrylic Enamel DAR 71282 Flambeau Red. I hope this helps.
