I have taken the top cover to tranny with the shifter in it off on a D17 series 1 and when i put it back on it seems to be stuck in 4th gear. what did i do or not do is the question? Any help would be terrific. |

remove tranny shift cover again, I am assuming that your forks did not get into the collar on the gear couplers
