I just got 2  6.2x 30 G tires off of ebay 40 miles from home. My question is what size are the originals? I thought 6x30 not 6.2x30 just wondering.

6X30 was original but maybe they are a little newer and like other tires (11X28,12X28)they probably don't make that exact size anymore although new tires with different #'s are the same size.

6X30 was replaced by 6.2X30. 7.2X30 is all that is available today. The 7.2X30 is 2" taller.
