I have a noise in the rear PTO and think it is missing a thrust washer (13) and metal washer (14) in the drawing.]Should have the parts in a week or so. Thanks to all.
Can any one help with the missing parts? Thanks Gary in Texas ![]() Edited by Gary in Texas - 15 May 2017 at 3:51am |

I got the parts from a person on craigslist in Wisconsin, that had parted most of the tractor.
Had the differential housing left when I got in contact with him.

allisfanatic I now have your number and will call tomorrow at a more decent hour. Please edit your tel number out from your previous post, thanks.
Also I'll call the fellow who does the CAD work to get a price on doing the programing in CAD as for the machining part of this project would contact the University of Saskatchewan Machine shop were they teach engineering. Also noticed from their website that they also have a 3D scanner to digitize parts into machine language that need to be machined. Here's the link to the machine shop. http://engineering.usask.ca/service-and-support/engineering-shops/facilities-equipment/machine-shop.php Edited by rustydollar - 21 Aug 2017 at 11:04pm |

Just to confirm that it's part number 126 from the drawing that you need.
The hub from my 9020, looks to be made from cast steel, the manufactured hub will be much better with a case hardened spline. ![]() Edited by rustydollar - 22 Aug 2017 at 12:27am |

The engineering dept at the University is not able to machine the hub, the good news is that they gave me a heads up for a shop that can.
Within the next day or so hopefully we'll have some firm numbers on the cost fro both the cad work and machining. |

The hub and pto shaft that go through the transmission were both found to have the splines worn on my 9020 a sister tractor to the AC 720.
The machine work is being carried out in a shop located in British Colombia. Here's what the hub looks like in 3D. ![]() ![]() ![]() Edited by rustydollar - 14 Sep 2017 at 8:26pm |
