I need to freshen up the 16HP Kohler Single in my 716 puller.  I was thinking of putting a Zach Kerber hi lift cam in it with the valve train kit he has to go with it.  Do you think this will be too much for the stock rear?  I will be having a look at the bevel gear box to make sure it is up to snuff, and will put a straight shaft in the transaxle.  Thanks!!!

kind of unrelated  but do you still have the balance gearrs in side the engine ?
