I'd guess this is maybe worth $150-$175.  It could bring $200, but I think it might be the high end of it.  These old farm sets are always worth high dollars but the 7045 version of them is the least sought after one and this one the box is kinda faded out.  Still a nice peice though that you don't see everyday.
