Husker, its a home made tractor using a WC front end and rear. Probalby has a B motor and looks like the torque tube.

Like them all, but love the "B"s.

Wow. Somebody save this one. Price is right. Looks like a good job done from one picture. Those wheel centers only got 5 holes in them. That alone is a job. Personally I would love to have it. It is worth it even if it don't run, just to make people talk.I am totally liking the look of the fenders.
I am betting it has a C rearend.

There was a B made with a WC engine in it, but it looked nothing like that thing.

This looks to be another homemade tractor. Allis Chalmers did make two W-BC prototypes between January and March 1940. They looked nothing like the photo from Craigs List. Photos of the prototypes can be found in Norm Swinford's book, AC Farm Equipment 1914-1985

I had seen that ad and wondered the same thing. I couldnt count the bolt holes for sure, but I wondered if it was a D-10 or 12 rearend grafted onto an RC front? That would be some interesting parts there if that was the case. I thought I would look into it next time I was over that way if he still had it, but not worth driving 100 miles in this weather.
