Alis chalmers B110 differential gear issue

   Took my right side  differential off cause my axle seal needs to be replaced  on my B 110 .But i forgot which way that center differential gear points,does the flush gear side point outwards  towards the wheel or does the boss part of the gear  point outwards towards the wheel?
