I have a 2800 pr 2900 engine in my 65kVA generator. has not been used several years now will crank but not start, has a working block heater and fuel is getting to the input on the injection pump, what now?

If you don't have fuel at the injectors, then either the metering valve or the pumping plungers in the pump are stuck. Pump will have to be rebuilt.

Are you getting any grey smoke out of the stack while cranking?
Currently- WD,WC,3WF's,2 D14's B. Previously- I 600,TL745,200,FL9,FR12,H3,816 LBH. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal!
