Wondering if anyone has a lead on finding a salvageable block for a Continental N62 engine on my Allis G (cracked block).  Willing to purchase Allis G junker for this purpose.....

Might be easier . . . and cheaper to convert it to diesel or electric!  But I'll keep an eye out at the auctions and CL.

There's a G for sale up here, near Ottawa.Ont. with 2 engines.Real ruff, rear tires are homemade steel rims with tire 'carcasses' bolted to them,no starter,no carb,missing tin,etc....and he's asking $1000 obo.
Too much for me especially sight unseen and 14 hour roadtrip.

I've got a couple of complete fence row G's in NW lower Michigan, 49613, $1,250 choice without belt pulley.
