Just finished looking at a Allis Chalmers G High Crop. Yes I know they did not make any but thid guys dad bought the thing in the late 40's and had a machine shop modify 2 of them for his Cheery Trees and other things at his farm in the early 50's. It is about 5 ft. tall to the frame and has long spindles and has a drop box chain drive to the rears. They did a nice job. Also has a complete other G in pieces and has culters with it also. (Both has culters). I have about 15 photos and with sell the whole package and store at my place if needed. You can PM me and I can send out a email.

Thanks Darryl in Lynden WA.

Darryl,

According to mapquest, Lynden's only 2775 miles away from Peachtree City, GA.  Golly!

When I first got out of college, I lived just south of Bellevue and worked - for about a year and a half - at Boeing's Everrett plant.  Everett would still be an hour-plus south of you.

I don't think I can overcome the logistics of this situation enough to contemplate a purchase but I would like to see pictures of these unusual  tractors.

Is there any way you can post them here or email them to me?

Best regards,

Scott
