Closer to NW Indiana the better. Mine has three bolts.

I don't think I do Randy, but I will look for you. It is probably a rubber tired one if I still have it. I think it was ate up and I junked it. I kept the lift clutch just in case. My #2 is on steel. 2-14, and I use it behind my 49 WD.
