I know this has been discussed here before but can't find any post on it.  How does the Cummins compare to power and fuel economy against a 301 turbo in a 190XT or 200?  How well does the Cummins fit in a 190? I know the 301 is hard to beat anyways, this stuff just interests me.

I see flywheels and adapter plates on ebay for 5.9 Cummins in all sorts IH/Farmalls but not much else.

It's a popular swap for the 1850 Oliver and a few Whites.

Agrepower.com lists mostly 7000 series repowers, not the older ones.   You may want to send him a Note.

Same engine, pump internals are different. The 6b5.9 Cummins engines has powered Farm equipment, skidderes, loaders, and tons of other stuff. Over 1 million produced, so I have been told

Case 1896, and 2096 were the introduction of the 6BT. 2590 is still a case 504. The 6CTA 8.3 didn't get put in Case tractors until the Magnums. All the White 100 series, and workhorse series used 5.9's, and 8.3's.

I was really more interested in  conversion done to  Chalmers tractor using the 5.9 Cummins.  The 5100 nd 5200 Case IH Mxxumsalso used the 5.9 Cummins.
