190 rear wheel repair

   I have a 190 xt that I pulled some of the threads out of the wheel where the hub tightens.  I put a longer bolt in and it seems to get tight, I don't want to get too bully with it though. what can I do if the wheel starts moving?  will a heli-coil work or do I need another wheel casting?
