I don't know if it might be possible to find but it is a 1956 WD45 WF with three distinguishing features. Dad relocated the lights to brackets he made on the fenders - they worker better that way with the mounted corn picker. It had an added CharLyn power steering unit (which worked great), and it also had dent in the top of the gas tank, acquired when we went through the Palm Sunday tornado in 1965. We lived in Hillsdale County, MI then so the tractor should be in the tri-state area if it still exists. If anybody sees it I would like to get a hold of it. We also had a WD45D WF with the lights moved to the fenders as well if anybody sees that one. I spend a lot time on both those tractors.

I don't have anyserial numbers recorded, the lights monted on the fenders would be the most obvious thing. I may not ever find them but it's worth a try to ask around.

Welcome aboard. I don't suppose your dad bought them new, did he? If so, and you can find out what dealership he bought them from, that might help. Also, is there a chance that he could have stashed the papers somewhere? I found the original sales receipt for my grandad's C in a shoebox at their house last spring. Had the serial number listed right on the sales slip. Didn't know if there was still anything like that left, just thought i'd ask.

Ditto what Dream said. I'm waiting for Thad in Ark to get back to e so I can send him the original title to the '38 WC he bought at my uncles estate sale.

Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for much of anything but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

Let me wish you the best of luck on your search. I keep looking for the first flat top WC my father sold. I'm having no luck. Hope yours is better than mine.
Good Luck!
