I dont know if ALLIS was the first to coin the two letters together - XT - but its really catchyy on the 190 tractors , I read somewhere they wanted to use XP for xtra power , but XT was chosen ?? Case uses it on there skidloaders, Burger King uses it on there great burgers , and I bought a cheap stick on the dash digital clock at Walmart the other day and its got XT on it !!!!
