Is there such a thing as bin extensions for the K, like the K2 had? I know that there is an overbin unloader, but I haven't been able to find one. Thanks!

Kevin, The k gleaner was never offered from the factory with bin extensions. There drive axles were not really designed for the added weight. However that did not stop most farmers who just built their own extensions using plywood. The K2 had improved drive axles for additional grain weight. I think you could swap a set from a K2 if you want the galvanized look. |

I have thought about putting some home-made wood extensions on my EIII...not to increase capacity but so I can actually fill the bin up to rated capacity and not slosh grain over the sides going to the truck to unload. Mike

Bill, do you have an over-bin auger, or just the regular auger, below the top of the orginal bin?
