I have a 8070 with 5000 hrs on it.   I haave been using it on the grain cart this fall .    All fall it has been plutting  out a lot of smoke and has lost  power. It has a new turbo and  the pump and injectors  rebuilt in the last year.   Starts good but has no low end power   Any help would be helpful.

if it is black smoke it is not getting enough air check for a boost pressure leak at manifold or crossover tube, do you here a whistle at all? also check for restricted air flow maybe air cleaner . if it is white smoke it is unburned fuel as maybe injector tip blown off or timing or anything to do with low compression on a cylinder, what color is the smoke?

As Dr says, or check for any plugs in manifold that may have fallen out. Have seen this several times. Put a boost gauge in the manifold and check it. This tractor sounds like it isn't getting boost. Then you need to find out where it is escaping to. good luck, Ed.
