Well, we got the 210 puller set up on the JD 300 3 row narrow pull type corn picker, and made a round to test everything out. Pretty cool to have a pulling tractor that still has working PTO, and hydraulics. A little smokey, but gotta have something to pi$$ Al Gore off. 40 pickers are expected to be in attendance. lots of parking, and free admission, and even a few Allis Chalmers on the grounds. Also, the Rotary Club will be serving breakfast, as well as pork chops, and brats, all reasonably priced. Come and join the nostalgia, look for signs. Ed.

today, Saturday the 23rd, and tomorrow Sunday the 24th. A little rain we are getting might delay activities, but it is dry enough the ground will soak it up fast.

Maybe next year, if I hear about this ahead of time, I can bring the 35WC and my AC35 one row picker. I have a visitation Sunday so won't be there this year.

I would like to see some pictures of this. Specially if you can get a bunch of rigs all together.

Kevin Larkey has lots of pictures and videos of this sent to him and posted somewhere. I'll talk to Kevin about it tomorrow. There will soon be video on my you tube page of my 210 pulling tractor pulling the 3 row JD picker. Broke the elevator chain today after 4 loads. Hopefully we can get it going tomorrow.

Well, the rains halted picking till next weekend. Oct 30-31. Heard there are 3 plow days next weekend Within an hour of us here also! I'll probably do the picking show again since I am 1/4 mile away! Those who couldn't make it this weekend, now a second chance. Ed.

there are signs thru town for directions, show is right off of highway 92. The more orange the better as the proprieter of the show "loves" ac's. Any questions about the show, Kevin's number is 815-878-2524 or mine is 815-712-5870. Hope to see you there.

weather looks to be much better this weekend! Gonna try out a New Idea 2 row 30inch picker, but its 540. I only have 1000 pto, but at 1200 engine rpm pto runs 550, so I may pick a couple wagons, and call it good. Not sure how my big nozzles will like running that low of rpm. See ya there!

Planning on being there at about ten in the morning.  Hope to see you there!  I'll be wearing a blue Yaz All-Crop cap.
