Does anybody know anything about this pu. I believe it's a w25 , but don't know I can't seem to be able to find any info on these. how you tell them apart & what it's suppose to have for a hood and if the gas tank should be the same as wc or something special ? All I know is it was orange then red, then green, & it's now mine. Serial # on clutch housing; PU28167W.

Looks like a W25, which would be a W201 eng, WC radiator, hood, diferent fuel tank and air cleaner. and a two fuel manifold!! Early power units did use the WC fuel tank. Yours has had some mods to it!!!!! The top mounded gas tank and angle iron are not part of the original package. Usually the first thing to go is the side shields. I have a power unit hood and gas tank, but not side shields.
