Anyone have any idea what a 6 bottom semi mount plow weights? bought one at auction for my brotherinlaw and he hauled it, tried to unload it with tractor loader and I couldn't lift it off the trailer. Semi mount with two coulters and no gauge wheel.

Jim, in the operators manual they have all options and types of coulters, etc listed individually so you can calculated the weight. I don't have the manual with me right now and won't have until Monday.  You can calculate the weight to the pound depending how your plow is equiped and what is missing.

 Here are the pages I was refering to, use together for complete weight;

We had a 5 bottom and it weighed close to 1000. I'd be guessing yours at 1200.

You better start a lot higher on that weight. I sold a 5 bottom, 2000 series and book says well over 3000lbs! And we used two lifts to get it on the trailer.

Thanks, I don't know but I lift two large round bales  with my loader and it wouldn't lift that plow.

From 1981 price list: about 2900# for spring reset, or about 3500# for hydraulic auto reset.
