Short of having a new face formed, you could get a sheet of 1/16th or 1/18th translucent white polycarbonate and have it cut to size to fit below the logo. Polycarbonate (Lexan) can be bent on a metal brake, plexiglass cannot be so do not confuse the two. If you had the 2 sides broke over to fit the edge of the sign face, it would be a good attaching point.
I would then take a very fine tooth jigsaw and cut the center out where the impliments dealer name is so when you light the sign you will not be seeing all of the broken pieces behind the new piece. Then just have a sign shop cut new lettering for the name to be replaced.
You would still have a crack running through the logo above the name but atleast the big hole would be gone or you could have a piece cut that fits up to the raised piece and have a new tractor logo cut at a sign shop too, just cut the whole center out of the sign where it forms over at the side leaving about 1/4"-1/2" on the flat area. It would be alot cleaner looking fix done that way if the new piece fit clear up to the raised portion shown at the left of the picture.
I own a sign shop and if brought to me, that is how I would fix it unless the customer wanted to have a new formed face made. I do not do vacuumed form faces here so I can not say for sure what it would cost but if you called some of your local sign companies, just ask who does vacuumed formed faces.
Another way to patch it if you have all of the pieces would be to "glue" it back together with a flexible plastic two part urethane which can be bought at an autoparts store. It comes in a 2 chamber syringe and is made for glueing plastic bumpers together but will work on a sign face. If you use this method, Take the face out and glue it together on the backside.
