how can i tell if there is enough fuel comming out of the transfer pump on a 45 diesel. should it shoot out or slowly run out when turning it over .it wont start, i dont think i am getting enough fuel

IF MY MEMORY SERVES ME RIGHT,THE XFER PUMP DELIVERS 15 PSI.MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE SYSTEM BLED AND THE PUMP TIMED RIGHT
