I'm working on a 226 engine cylinder head, manifold and carb. boreing, porting and getting things sized proportionatly for a good match of parts. How large are the intake runners in the Vinson manifold? My old take off manifold measures 1.4" diameter in the round tubes that mate to the head, but the square portions of the runners measure up a bit shy, I can measure it through the vac. plug.
If the Vinson is larger to start with I'll just buy one and use it. It's probably going to e a fair amount of cutting, welding and machining on either one.
