Hello,
One end of the drag link has a broken ball inside of it from previous owner. Is there any way I can still use this drag link.. Is it possible to press ball out? ..Is ball screwed into drag link?
I don;t know

One should never say never but I dont think you would end up with a lasting repair. If you can get a tie rod ball joint with the correct diameter and taper it could be either welded on in place of the old one or the rod could be drilled and taped to screw the new ball joint on at the correct length.

From my recent experience with a similar problem... your easiest fix is to get a donor drag link with both balls from someone with a parts tractor.
