Greetings A-C Tractor Collectors/Users

I have decided to sell the Allis Chalmers Tractor, I posted back in July 2010. I have several pictures at ImageShack, "http://img838.imageshack.us/g/acwheelsize.jpg/". {hopefully this link works} This tractor belonged to my Grandfather who used it to plant, cultivate, harvest and grind his corn. I have, what I believe to be, everything needed for two row planting. The tractor is located just north of Conroe, TX. Asking $2,000.00, OBO.

Any and all questions will answered to the best of my limited knowledge about this Tractor.

By the look of the pictures, you have a 1953 to 1957 CA. If it was in good running order and had an implement or 2 that was usable, you could easily get your asking price. If the tractor doesn't run, and needs rear rims and tires as it appears, I think you would be lucky to get an offer of $500. If it were mine and was a family tractor, there is no way I would sell it. After trying to look at the pictures there is also no way I would waste time posting pictures on imageshack when Picasa and Photobucket are out there and free. JMHO  Charlie

That serial number shows it to be a 1954. Thanks for the photobucket link. Much easier to look at all the pictures.

Greetings Gentleman,

I have added an additional image to the Photobucket link, of the left-side Tire and Rim, for anyone wishing to see the condition of the rear rims. I stated $2,000.00, or "OBO" "or best offer", due to an email I received the last time I posted images of the 1954 A/C Tractor.

IF anyone out there was an offer please don't hesitate to email me and make an offer.

I have a cousin that lives in Conroe, He used to own Adam's Furniture. It was closed about a year ago. His name is Owen Savage.     Dave.
