Gears Clashing on 7580

   I looked at a 7580 today, and the tractor was next to impossible to get into either a gear or a range without extensive clashing.  Do these have the tranny brake like my 7020?  The questions are, how big of a job to change, and I was wondering how long the other guy has clashed the gears!  Thanks!!
