Are the Argo ATVs any relatives to the old Terra Tigers or are they just somebody building off someone else ideas?

the farm across the road from us they have a argo 8 wheeler he uses with a small spreder for his alpacas its alot of fun in the winter he puts tracks on it. It will cross 4ft of snow at 30 mph.  I dont see any way allis and them shared any ideas.  Theirs is more fun then my terra tiger argo has a high low range and rev and 20hp briggs.

Argo's are made about 5 miles from me. They are a well built machine. No relation to the Terra Tiger.

do they have a store at the factory  to buy parts off argo cheaper then the local dealer ?
