I have a very slow rim leak on the Wd right around the valve stem (there was cc in there but I drained it out because that's what was rusting it out) the rest of the rim is excellent. What I'm wondering is if you guys think a little JB weld might do the trick? Dennis.

It's your tube that is leaking - not the rim. However, a rough patch inside the rim could be causing the tube to leak.

exactly...if you dont mind the look of the rust outside...pop the tire off and clean the rough area inside, and re-tube it....its the only real fix.
