How hard is it to rebuild the hydraulic stack valves on a 190? All but one of the valves on my 190 are very stiff if not stuck. One of the hydraulic remote levers even broke because it was to tight. Is it feasible to rebuild or should I look for a good used one?
Thanks
Adam

It's not the stack. Most likely, the linkages are all rusted up.

I put all new o-rings in mine. (have a 190xtd) It wasn't hard to do. There were a lot of o-rings and some very very small ones. I would think oil or at least a film of oil would be in the stack unless it has been unhooked and setting aroundin the weather. |

I have a 7040 that has finicky valves. They gotta be in the exact spot to get the remotes to actuate. I was thinking maybe there were some o rings that might need replacing but wasnt really sure. Both levers "act" the same way. I have played with the speed valve under the seat and shimmed the hyd compensator to 375 lbs. Neither seemed to help. In comparison my old 220 was a pull the lever and something was gonna happen NOW...
