Has anyone ever done/seen a G with a belly mower?
I ask because my two G tractors came with a 5' woods belly mower, but no mounting hardware etc.... Did woods make a kit?? Any info/pics would be greatly appreciated!

We bought my G at my grandfathers farm sale and it had a belly mower on it. not sure who made it, but i know it mounts in the rear and there is 2 chains that hold it in the front on the frame, and the chains are where plows mount and other implements fasten.

Woods shows a 42 in mounted on a G. It mounts behind the back wheels on the vertical casting. Page 6 shows the hardware.

Some on here have said the 59 in mower is a bit much for a G. If you never let it get ahead of you and use the granny gear you might be able to push it around.

I run a Woods G42 mower on a G and like it real well. I mow Christmas trees and a farm yard with it. I had a 59 on a G I bought. It was OK if you mowed an inch at a time, but if the grass was heavy or a little long the little G really struggled. I took it off.

Anyone know what make that mower is. You don't see one driven from the crank very often.

Go to Tom's home page, and you'll find his email address.  Or he might see this and post details on his mower.
