1947 Allis Chalers B STOLEN from our farm house early Friday morning south of Halstead. Tractor was loaded onto a tandom black trailor that was also stolen. Trailor belonged to contracted salvager, theives used his skid loader to shove off loaded combine scrap then loaded our tractor and some batteries stolen from other vehicles. The Allis has many specific traits that make it unique and identifiable, if you've seen this tractor being moved, stored, sold or traded please contact us. email or call 620-931-8202 or 316-835-2328
This tractor has been in our family for many years and has extreme sentimental value, reward will be provided for information leading to the recovery of this tractor.
Thank you for reading

It might be helpful to know these traits.
Hope it is found.  I hate thieves.

I talked to the owner and he said it had an aftermarket 3 pt, a white pony tank so he could run the tractor on the left side (Main tank was rusted), and a kill switch on the steering column. Painted PO#1 about thirty years ago and is faded. Crank start with a 12v system... he wasn't sure of the Serial number and the Police are of little help...

Hope they're caught, will keep an eye out around here.   An old man back home ran a pool hall and always said he had more respect for somebody who robbed him at gunpoint than a sneak theif.  Never rellished the thought myself but he really hated  sneak theives.

Another very good reason to know and document all your tractor serial numbers along with the engine number.

Most likely some crack heads from Wichita.
This may be a long shot but they try to unload it at the Oklahoma Steam and Gas Engine Show in Pawnee this weekend.
