Over on AG TALK someone was talking about the - CASH FOR CLUNKER tractor program thats happening in Texas + Ca. ; must be paying big $$$$$$ for the old smokers ; But , you buy a new model , supposedly , more efficent, and has to see a dealer everytime it needs service , with the high shop rates now adays, the money you got for Ole Smokey will be gone fast !!! If I cant work on it , I dont buy it !!

Sounds like Cal thing as they are setting the EPA rules on many things , tractors, trucks, construction equipment, where Tier 3 engines are required .
And for a state that is BROKE just what they need is another give away program , WITH STRINGS
