Allis Chalmers Planter ID

Hello to everyone.  After totally disassembling, stripping by electrolysis, replacing hardware, springs, bearings, and paint, my planter is done.  I'd like to find a manual and the tread for the packer tire/wheel.  After searching some on the internet and this site, I think it's a 50/60 series planter.  Any idea about when they were made?  Where can I find a manual to set it up correctly, and find the parts I need?  All of my "farm equipment" is vintage stuff, and I like the simplicity and ruggedness of it.  I know the tractor is a "different color", but the planter doesn't know it, and still plants the sunflowers for my daughter, the corn and soybeans for the deer, and the sorghum for the dog training fields  Thanks for any help you can give.

Thanks Jim, that's the information I was hoping to find out.  Thanks also Lars and Murph.  I appreciate the accolades.  I found this planter in a field in NE Oklahoma, bought for 200.00.  It worked OK, but looked like heck.  Probably had 500.00 worth of "fun" refurbing it.  The hardest part was working the dents out of the seed hoppers.  I've been able to set it up and plant with it, but just want a manual.  The tread on the drive tires is coming apart, weather checked pretty bad, too.  It I can replace them, the planter may last another 40 years.  Again, thanks for the help.  Mark
