Now have a skid steer and no longer have need for it. Loader is in central Ohio and in nice condition mechanical, no breaks or welds, cylinders resealed and dry, new hoses with shut off valve (so you can use the lift arms with loader attached) Dirt bucket has been rebuilt, no tine bucket with it. Only missing item is the stands to hold it up while off the tractor. Paint is about 50% Also included are two extra cylinders that appear to be in good condition. Can get pics send email or PM if you want some. Price is $200 Also for sale is a COMPLETE 1 bottom pick up plow for a model C, all brackets, rockshaft, rods, nuts, bolts, lock washers and cotter keys. All wear parts in good shape and scoured. After purchasing your "bargain" plow and chasing the country for brackets and rods and fighting a rusty plow with a worn out share you will wish you had bought this one. Price is $250 firm. |

Butch - great sales pitch. You almost convinced me that I should buy the plow -- even though I don't have a C - or a use for the plow -- LOL Still sounds like a deal to me.

And where would the fun be in just looking at or using a nicely restored functional unit that you haven't shed any sweat, blood or tears over along with a few cuss words for good measure and the numorous parts hunting expiditions and undoing and re-doing of things that go with it? Oh yes, I know you would be money ahead, but that money would be just wasted on other things, like therapy sessions with a shrink instead of doctor bills for busted knuckles and playing golf with the boys instead of parts and parts runs and attending fancy social functions instead of tractor shows......

Butch, Good to see your name on the site. Hope you are taking good care of that B, A, and all the other Allis Chalmers products you have.
Look forward to seeing you at another GOTO.
Gee, you know, you sound like me when I was selling.
Good Luck!

Good Luck!

Wish you were about 6 hours closer because I would be interested in the loader, but don't have the time to travel to Ohio for a while.

Butch, I'll take the loader if you still have it. I don't need pictures, your word on it's condition is good enough for me. Let me know if still available. Do you have the J-bolts etc.. to mount the frame?
question for other members...anyone have a set of light duty forks or bucket converted for forks, that would lift 1200-1500 lb? Would like to see pictures of ideas to convert WD-9 bucket to use forks. |
