    Posted: 20 Apr 2010 at 1:34pm
Anyone have a flat bar with eye at least 18 inches long?  I am modifying a rake to fit on my D-14 with snap couple and need a flat bar to hook into the bell.  I guess a short center piece of a drawbar would work also.   I am in Northern Illinois 60511 .  Thanks Ralph

Ralph, I have one near Rockford if you are still interested! It is flat with 2 mounting holes. It should be about 18" long. I will try to measure it tonight when I get home.

I made my own from a section of 3/4" bar, bent the 'eye' in a vice by hand then welded it to a piece of square tubing when a made a 'carry-all' forklift for my D-14 about 7 years ago.
