What is involved in changeing the govenor on an E combine 226 gas engine to be put in a 170 gas tractor? I assummed I needed to swap govenors as the combine motor does not have the throttle shaft connection point to the throttle cable in the govenor cover.

Change the front cover and weights and spring and you will be fine
