This is original equipment..was my Dad's who bought it new in about 1946. It is not wore out at all. He bought it to kill off quack grass in fields and it did well at that. No oil leaks. No missing or broken tines. I used it last year for new garden and it sure tears new ground up nicely. I have put on new tires & wheels and the hand pump hydraulic works fine w/o leaks. Pump raises and lowers the tines. The extra shoe goes with the machine. Shoes are mounted directly behind the double discs in center. (Coulters?) It tills four feet wide by I have no idea how deep it will churn but it made my WD bark pretty good in low gear at 8 inches down. I think it is well worth 475.00 USD. I am in Traverse City, MI Google "SEAMAN TRIPLE TILLER" for more info. One thing is missing...the spring loaded PTO coupler pin at tractor end. Thank You....contact: Tom at 231.499.5105 |
