    Posted: 21 Mar 2010 at 4:40pm
My "new" G had a cobbled up solenoid on the starter. It wasn't working and seemed to be shorted out so I removed it. I have a starter rod from a styled WC parts tractor I thought I could use but I don't know how the flipper set up was on the starter button. If I go buy a new starter button would somebody have what I need to make it work? Anybody have a picture of the original set up? Thanks for any help.  Charlie

That's what I was lookin for Joe. Thanks! Now all I need is the little mounting plate and a "flipper" and I'll have it back to original. Is the plate and flipper the same as any other Allis tractors?
